Telling us when Junie gets it right or wrong
The thumbs on every message, what the two send buttons do, and what we keep when you use them.
Every message Junie writes has a thumbs up and a thumbs down under it. Tapping either opens a short Feedback sheet, headed either Glad that landed. or Sorry that missed., with room for a note.
The two send buttons
- Send
- Sends your note along with the last few messages of the conversation, so we can see the context that produced the answer.
- Send just the rating
- Sends the thumb and that one message. Nothing else from the chat goes.
There is also Share today's chat with us in the ... menu at the top right of the Junie tab, for when the whole conversation is the problem.
What we keep
This is the one place where Junie content is stored. Ordinary conversations are answered and discarded, never stored and never used to train models. Feedback you rate or share is kept, attached to your membership, because we cannot fix what we cannot read.
It only happens when you tap one of those buttons. And deleting your data deletes the feedback you sent us along with everything else.
