These terms govern your use of plottwist.day and your participation in the plottwist waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
The product is in development
plottwist is an app we are actively building. Screenshots and descriptions on this site show what we are working toward; features, availability, timing, and pricing may change or may not ship at all. Joining the waitlist reserves your interest, not a finished product.
Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. Early access invitations, founding member perks, and any related benefits are offered at our discretion, may be limited in quantity, and may change before launch. We will contact you at the email you provide; you can leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to probe or disrupt it, submitting false information, or signing up email addresses you do not control.
Intellectual property
The plottwist name, logo, designs, and site content are our property. You may not use them without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and waitlist are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
